this morning was Noah's first trip to the ER for stictches. He rolled off our bed and hit his head on our nightstand. :( He was such a trooper and the nurses fell in love with him. :) He sang for them and impressed the doctor by counting to eleven. Then we had to hold him down to get his stitches which was unbearable - the Dr. was fast though and it was all done before we knew it.
After it was all done, they gave him a popsicle and we went home to get ready for the fair! I think he forgot all about it by the time we got up to the fair. :)
It's fair week!!! Yesterday we went to the Demo Derby which Noah loved and tomorrow we will go look at the animals and go on rides - which I'm sure will be a blast for Noah since he's big enough for alot of the kiddie rides. :)
Uncle Jamie and Noah
Noah started getting tired so he decided to lie down
Today we had a playdate with our friends Stacey and Ashlyn Davis. Ashlyn is about 6 months youger than Noah and is SUCH a cutie. :) We rode our bikes to Fairhaven park and thank goodness it didn't rain until after we got home! :) Thanks for the fun day ladies!
I think Noah was trying to show off for Ashlyn too...
check me out, Ashlyn, I'm doing it all by myself! hey! you're not watching!!
I just Loooooove these pictures of Noah and my grandpa. Noah loves "helping" my grandpa play cards and grandpa is so patient with him. It's really sweet. :)
Last week, John, Noah and I rode the train to our cabin on flathead lake. The train was a really nice way to travel as it allowed us to roam around while travelling. Noah loved it and did a really good job. We slept with him accross our laps and read lots of books and played cars, etc.
Montana was so beautiful this year. The lake was warm (well, not warm but warmer than usual) and the weather was so nice. My parents, gramdpa and grandma were all there. On the last night , John and I had a campfire and we woke Noah up for it. :) He was pretty excited about that and loved helping his dad scour the beach for driftwood to put on the fire. Here are some pictures!!
He asks about her all the time and sleeps with whatever she forgets at our house - currently a little stuffed dog with a pink feather boa collar and a monkey keychain. Lily was one of the flower girls at my wedding - she comes over sometimes to be a little "mother's helper. When she comes over, he can hardly contain his excitement - he screams and jumps up and down and runs up to her to give her a big hug. It's pretty cute. :)
